Documentation
All instructions and help files should be clear, easy to read and available in accessible electronic format. This documentation should also be designed so that it can be printed out or embossed (Braille). (CEUD 1.12).
Testing Techniques
These techniques may be used to perform the test.
Method
Manually check for online text-based documentation as well as that available in the help file. Some applications come with PDF instructions - check these can be read using a screen reader. If there are only videos to support the user this may help some, but not those who are blind unless there are alternative formats to hand.
