Uniform and standardised presentation

If the application does not present a standardised way of interacting with elements within the program it can be confusing for some users. Consistency of navigation and task procedures is important. Standardised placement of elements on the screen, such as well known menu items and dialog boxes helps users. (CEUD 2.2).
