Alternatives for Video / Animation
Software applications may have video or animated help files or tour guides etc. All video or animations need to be provided with alternatives for sound such as transcripts or captions for those with hearing impairments. For those who have visual impairments offering alternatives for animations or videos where there are long scenes with no descriptive dialogue is essential. (CEUD 1.7, IBM 3.2, IBM 4.6,VPAT section 1194.21 (h)).
