Description
Regular blog with file and photo management, skinning and support for user permissions. However, this service requires a download and has a very complicated admin user interface rather like a content management system. It is more of a power users application but does therefore offer many more options for customisation and accessibility.

There are many good aspects about this service once you are over the technical aspects and it does result in some very accessible web pages if used correctly. Text and contrast levels and can be chosen and zoom is good throughout. Keyboard navigation is possible and WebbIE reads the pages well.
