Overstream allows users to add commentaries and captions to videos as well as send video postcards. There is a forum, RSS feed and news about Overstream.

This service offers the chance to caption videos on-line. It uses a Flash editor and player which is only usable with a keyboard in certain browsers such as Internet Explorer. The help is good the site is navigable without style sheets but does use tables throughout and labelling and alt tags are missing. Text is small but zoom is good for the general site.
