Flickr allows photos and videos to be stored, shared and tagged so that other users can access them.

This site is generally accessible, but suffers from the Yahoo signup form which could cause problems for some users. Image titles are used as title and alt attributes. Keyboard access is good, and the site can be viewed without the stylesheet. Zooming and contrast on the site are also acceptable.
